Wim van Broekhoven is a passionate artist. His diciplines as drawing and printing are for him the most useful ways of expression. His work area is mostly setting on the flat surface of paper. Perceiving the visible world is his main source of inspiration.<\/p>\n
From this perception his imagination is fed and traced back to the landscape, human figure and themes which come from a narrative origin. The work process can be seen in his work, which makes the work layered and varied.<\/p>\n
For Wim van Broekhoven graphic art will remain a world of experiment and innovation such as polymer- digital- and photographic techniques. In the studio it is preferable to work with non-toxic materials.<\/p>\n

Wim van Broekhoven is een gedreven kunstenaar. Met tekenen en grafiek onderzoekt hij zijn artistieke wereld.\u00a0 Zijn werkterrein speelt zich voornamelijk af op het platte vlak. Het waarnemen van de zichtbare wereld is zijn belangrijkste inspiratiebron. Vanuit de waarneming wordt zijn verbeelding gevoed en herleid naar het landschap, de mens en thema’s uit vanuit een verhalende oorsprong.<\/p>\n
Grafiek is voor hem een terrein voor experiment en innovatie. Het gebruik van polymeer- digitale en fotografische technieken\u00a0 doen steeds meer hun intrede. Ook neemt in het atelier het gebruik van non-toxische materialen toe.<\/p>\n
